  • Yin Yoga for Body Yintelligence

    A slow, deep yin practice, focused on passive stretching, designed to improve mobility and cultivate body awareness.

  • Yin Yoga for Emotional Yintelligence

    A quiet, introspective yin practice, offering a space for meditation and/or contemplation, to cultivate awareness of the hindrances that stand in the way of us living from our Highest Self.

  • Meridian Yin

    Working with Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, this is a yin session focusing on targeting specific meridian pathways, to harmonise chi flow and optimise wellness from within.

  • Yin-Yang

    A dynamic, mindful, yang flow, blended with nourishing yin poses. A great way to move stagnation, whilst also offering time to slow down and check in with yourself.

  • MyoYin

    A combination of myofascial release ball techniques, with long-held passive yin stretches. This is a unique modality, designed to release tension, increase mobility, improve circulation and enhance overall physical performance.

  • Functional Yang

    A strong, grounded, hatha practice, that teaches students to understand skeletal variation and how to explore their unique physicality to find the correct ‘alignment’ that works for their body.
