Aug 10:
A deep, thorough and effective MyoYin sequence designed to relieve tension in the ankles, feet, legs and hips. Suitable for runners, hikers or anyone with tired legs.
Aug 17:
A targeted meridian MyoYin practice that focuses on the stomach and spleen meridians to harmonise the flow of Qi in the earth element, helping to optimize digestion, support our metabolism and encourage healthy elimination. Suitable for those wishing to reboot their digestive system.
Aug 24:
A targeted meridian yin practice that focuses on the liver and gallbladder meridians. According to TCM, the wood element is associated with our ability to process our emotions in healthy ways. When the wood element is out of balance, we often feel stressed, frustrated and can become easily reactive. This sequence will combine MyoYin with meridian theory, pranayama techniques and elements of self-inquiry, to help identify and work through any blocks in the wood element. Suitable for those looking to find a sense of internal balance and ease.
Aug 31:
A slow, mindful MyoYin practice designed to cultivate present moment awareness, identify our ever-changing internal landscape and help us find the unchanging aspect of our essential nature, that can support us in living from our highest potential. Suitable for those looking to reconnect to their truest selves.
