About:
Nicky Hadjithoma is an internationally renowned senior teacher and the Founder of Yintelligence School of Yin & Functional Yoga (ERYT500/ YACEP).
Having personally apprenticed under Jo Phee for close to a decade, Nicky is one of the few trainers worldwide endorsed to teach the Paul Grilley method.
Nicky is known for her tenure at Asia’s leading yoga studio group - PURE Yoga – where her knowledge in teaching functional yoga was gained from delivering thousands of hours of large public group classes to a diverse mix of students.
Following the years of personal apprenticeship combined with her teaching tenure, Nicky is excited to have crafted the latest Yintelligence module that combines her anatomical knowledge with tried and tested teaching methodologies, to build a systematic approach that translates the functional yoga principles to any dynamic style of Hatha based, yoga asana.
