About The Training

LIVE Dates: September 6th/ 13th/ 27th and October 4th/ 18th and 25th (Saturdays only) + 6 months recording access

**September 20th and October 11th are off, to allow every third Saturday free.

Important Information:

  • This training will be predominantly carried out live via Zoom over six Saturdays across September and October (every third Saturday is off).

  • Offering the opportunity to attend live via Zoom allows us to interact in real-time, engage in hot topic discussions and create as much of a collaborative, engaging and immersive feel as possible. Attendance to the live sessions is recommended and highly encouraged, but not mandatory. The training is designed to be flexible, so you are invited to attend when possible and catch up, when necessary.

  • Live sessions will include all theoretical lectures, yin yoga posture clinics and interactive functional anatomy labs.

  • Pre-recorded Yin classes will be sent out prior to the course commencement and be available on demand for 6 months, allowing you to practice at your convenience over the course duration. The classes will provide a selection of creative sequences covering an array of themes and blended modalities.

  • All registrants will have also have 6 months access to the recordings after each session, except for the group activity (which cannot be recorded). This means that those in different time zones who are unable to attend live, can still enjoy the full training via recording.

  • Self-study and homework will be included. Homework will be a mix of reading assignments and a sequencing exercise.

  • Upon completion of the training, certificates will be emailed to those who met the requirements of the course. These hours can be added towards your Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.

  • This training is open to yoga teachers, as well as serious practitioners wishing to deepen their own knowledge and practice.

Testimonial

Nicky! I am out of words! I have done many trainings both online and in person, and this is by far one of the most comprehensive ones I have ever done. Not only that, your passion and knowledge on the field is incredible. I have learned and finally understood so many concepts that in my first yin training did not come clear. Thank you! I am beyond grateful!
