About The Class Series
LIVE every Sunday in October + 14 days recording access
Join me live online every Sunday in October for a medley of MyoYin themes and creative sequences designed explore the various methods and techniques that can further amplify the benefits of our MyoYin practice.
Myoyin has become a popular modality over the last few years, due to its effective results in enhancing mobility, improving the integrity of the tissues and harmonizing Qi flow. Now, the latest fascia research also shows preliminary evidence linking to psychological factors that can improve mental and emotional wellbeing.
This is a special 5-part class series. Each week we will move deeper through the three bodies – physical, astral and causal – blending complimentary techniques to further enhance our intention. You can expect a variety of creative MyoYin sequences that incorporate meridian theory, pranayama techniques, mindfulness meditation and self-inquiry.
October Schedule:
Oct 1: MyoYin for Self-Massage
A classic roll and hold MyoYin practice designed for self-massage, so as to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back. Suitable for office workers and those who carry the weight of the world on their shoulders.
Oct 8: MyoYin for Runners Relief
A deep, thorough and effective MyoYin sequence designed to relieve tension in the ankles, feet, legs and hips. Suitable for runners, hikers or anyone with tired legs.
Oct 15: Meridian MyoYin for Optimal Digestion
A targeted meridian MyoYin practice that focuses on the stomach and spleen meridians to harmonise the flow of Qi in the earth element, helping to optimize digestion, support our metabolism and encourage healthy elimination. Suitable for those wishing to reboot their digestive system.
Oct 22: Meridian MyoYin for Emotional Balance
A targeted meridian yin practice that focuses on the liver and gallbladder meridians. According to TCM, the wood element is associated with our ability to process our emotions in healthy ways. When the wood element is out of balance, we often feel stressed, frustrated and can become easily reactive. This sequence will combine MyoYin with meridian theory, pranayama techniques and elements of self-inquiry, to help identify and work through any blocks in the wood element. Suitable for those looking to find a sense of internal balance and ease.
Oct 29: MyoYin & Mindfulness Meditation
A slow, mindful MyoYin practice designed to cultivate present moment awareness and connect us to our authentic nature. Blending mindfulness, pranayama and self-inquiry. Suitable for those looking to reconnect to their truest selves.
