Retreat Terms & Conditions
Payment Policies
If you are not paying the full price upon registration, a non-refundable deposit of €400 is required to secure your spot on a retreat.
The retreat fee should be paid in full 3 months before the retreat starts (the exact date for final payment for each retreat will be outlined on the event page).
If you are booking a spot on a retreat that is happening in the next 3 months, payment in full is required at time of booking.
Cancellation/ Refund Policies
All retreat deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified (e.g. Acts of God, outlined below).
Cancellations made in writing more than 60 days before the first day of the training will be refunded the amount paid in full minus the deposit. The deposit amount is non-refundable, however we will always endeavour to give you a full refund (including the deposit) IF we can fill your space.
No refunds will be given for any cancellations made 60 days before the start date of the retreat.
Any refunds given do not include any personal expenses you have incurred such as flights or any other costs that are not paid directly to us. We recommend taking out travel insurance if you want to have these expenses covered.
You can transfer funds to another retreat (full amount or deposit, depending on time and reason for cancellation), minus an admin fee of €100 for each transfer. Transfers are valid for 2 years.
In the unlikely event that an Act of God (e.g. pandemic or natural disaster) affects the commencement of training and the training is cancelled prior to arrival, we will issue a full refund to all students, including the deposit (- bank charges and €50 admin fee).
In the unlikely event that the retreat has to be cancelled for another reason (including new COVID measures), we will refund the full amount paid, including the deposit, minus a €100 admin fee.
No refunds or transfers will be given if a students removed from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.
